At WriterCosmos, we are dedicated to providing high-quality book writing, editing, publishing, and marketing services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund policy.
We commit to delivering the services as outlined in your project agreement. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project.
Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.
During Project (Partial Completion): If you cancel after work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. You will be refunded for any unused portion of the预付 fees.
After Project Completion: Once the project is fully delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued. However, we stand by our work and will address any legitimate quality concerns.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer revisions at no additional cost or a partial refund based on the nature of the issue.
Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. If you require additional revisions beyond what is included, these may incur extra charges. Refunds will not be issued solely because you have exhausted your revision allowance.
Fees paid to third parties (e.g., ISBN purchases, copyright registration, distribution fees) are non-refundable once processed, as these are paid directly to the respective authorities or platforms.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
